1. ABOUT THIS POLICY

FP01 AI (“FP01,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides creative artificial-intelligence tools for generating and editing images, videos, audio, prompts, and related marketing content. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit fp01.ai, create an account, or use our services.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account information. We may collect your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider identifier, account settings, and login information. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive only the information you authorize that provider to share.

Creative inputs and outputs. We process prompts, uploaded images, videos, audio, reference materials, generated media, and related project information needed to provide the service.

Usage and device information. We may collect browser and device details, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, feature usage, error logs, and security events.

Billing information. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by payment providers. FP01 AI may receive transaction status, plan, billing country, and limited payment metadata, but does not store your full payment-card number.

Communications. We collect information you send when requesting support, reporting a problem, or contacting us.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to:
• create and secure your account;
• provide, operate, and improve FP01 AI;
• process prompts, uploads, generations, and downloads;
• maintain private generation history and credit balances;
• process purchases and prevent fraud or abuse;
• provide customer support and service notices;
• enforce our terms and comply with legal obligations; and
• analyze service performance using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.

4. AI PROCESSING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

To deliver requested features, FP01 AI may transmit prompts and uploaded media to carefully selected infrastructure, authentication, payment, storage, safety, and AI-processing providers. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. We limit sharing to what is reasonably necessary to provide the selected feature.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Avoid including highly sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads unless it is necessary for your request.

5. FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOCIAL LOGIN

When you choose Facebook Login, we may receive your public profile information, email address, and a provider-specific account identifier, subject to your Facebook settings and consent. We use this information only to authenticate your account, maintain your session, and provide FP01 AI services. You may remove FP01 AI from your Facebook settings and request deletion using our Data Deletion Instructions.

6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
• service providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, payments, communications, analytics, safety, and AI generation;
• professional advisers when reasonably necessary;
• authorities when required by law or to protect users, FP01 AI, or the public; and
• a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. RETENTION

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. You may request account and personal-data deletion as described on our Data Deletion Instructions page. Some limited records may be retained when required by law, for fraud prevention, or to establish or defend legal claims.

8. SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

9. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, download, object to certain processing, or delete personal information. 10. CHILDREN

FP01 AI is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

11. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

FP01 AI and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as FP01 AI evolves. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service.
