HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

You can request deletion of your FP01 AI account and associated personal data at any time.

OPTION 1 — EMAIL REQUEST

1. Email hackereliasb@gmail.com from the email address connected to your FP01 AI account.
2. Use the subject: “FP01 Data Deletion Request.”
3. Include the email address used for FP01 AI and, if you signed in with Facebook, say that your request concerns Facebook Login.
4. We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account.
5. After verification, we will begin deletion and send a confirmation when the request is completed.

OPTION 2 — REMOVE FACEBOOK ACCESS

1. Open Facebook.
2. Go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
3. Open Apps and Websites.
4. Select FP01 AI.
5. Choose Remove.

Removing FP01 AI from Facebook stops future Facebook access. To request deletion of information already stored in your FP01 AI account, also complete Option 1 above.

WHAT WE DELETE

Subject to verification and legal requirements, deletion may include:
• your FP01 AI account profile;
• social-login identifiers associated with the account;
• prompts, uploaded references, and generation history linked to the account;
• saved settings and other personal account data; and
• stored authentication sessions.

WHAT MAY BE RETAINED

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, payment and transaction records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Where practical, retained information will be minimized or de-identified.

TIMING

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If applicable law requires a different period or the request is unusually complex, we will notify you.
